Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 also has a manufacturing defect, several handsets reported to ship with frame-separation issue

Over the past few days, a lot has been said and done about the iPhone 6 Plus’ alleged bending issue. Several companies including the stark rival Samsung didn’t shy from taking a jab at Apple for its supposed unfinished product. But it seems the Korean technology company now has something to worry about too. According to South Korean publication IT World, Samsung’s latest flagship phablet Galaxy Note 4 ships with a manufacturing defect.

The device has an annoying space between the phone’s frame and display panel. This noticeable space is so wide that one can easily make A4 size papers, as well as business cards pass right through it.

It is yet to be seen how serious and widespread this issue is. The device, as of now is only available for purchase in South Korea, where around 30,000 units are said to be available for sale. The good news is that Samsung is yet to launch the device in United States, United Kingdom, and India among a vast majority of places. The report further suggests that Samsung is already aware of the issue.
