Apple Pencil (USB-C) vs Apple Pencil (2nd Generation): What’s the difference?

A new Apple device is almost always a source of great excitement, especially among Apple fans. Sometimes, however, the announcement may not be a new iPhone or a new iPad, but rather something that enhances those devices and perhaps therefore not met with quite the same levels of hysteria.
