Lenovo S8 voice calling tablet launched exclusively on Flipkart, priced at Rs 16,990: Specifications and features
Lenovo has today launched a new voice calling tablet called the S8. The 8-inch tablet, which was unveiled at IFA earlier this year, is priced at Rs 16,990, and will be exclusively available on Flipkart from today onwards.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Lenovo S8 features an 8-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 283ppi, and is powered by a 64-bit 1.86GHz Intel Atom Z3745 quad-core processor, paired with 2GB of RAM. Also included is 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB.
On the photography front, the tablet features an 8-megapixel rear camera f2.2 wide aperture glass lens, and a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet also features a 4,290mAh battery that the company claims is good enough for up to seven hours of usage time, and up to 16.5 days on standby mode.
Connectivity options include voice calling feature, LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and on the software front, that tablet runs on 4.4 KitKat.
