Google Nexus 6 has already been listed on Flipkart indicating its launch in India is indeed near. Now, just ahead of the launch, we have more clarity on its India pricing and when it could start shipping.

According to NDTV Gadgets, the Nexus 6 is scheduled to arrive before December 10 and will be within the price range of Rs 44,000 and Rs 50,000. Not surprisingly, the 32GB model will be at the lower end of that range, while the 64GB will be at the top-end. There is however still a bit of uncertainty around how the company plans on selling the smartphone in the country. We will have to wait and see, if the phone is available on both the Google Play Store and Flipkart, or just as an exclusive on the latter similar to other Motorola smartphones.

As far as the specifications go, the Nexus 6 features a 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor paired with 3GB RAM and Adreno 420 GPU. The phone is available in 32GB or 64GB storage options. The device has a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. You can see how the camera fares by looking at these first photos taken from the Nexus 6.

The Nexus 6 packs a 3,220mAh battery and is available in midnight blue and cloud white variants. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC. The biggest attraction of the phone is that it runs on Google latest Android Lolipop 5.0. The Nexus 6 also includes Motorola’s Turbo Chargers, which can charge the phone back up to six hours worth of battery life in 15 minutes.
