Maharashtra Hikes Compounding Fees For Traffic Offences Under Amended Motor Vehicles Act

The government recently issued a notification about the implementation of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act 2019, increasing the compounded fees for various traffic offences. The revised compounding fees came into effect from December 1, 2021.
