Adobe reveals how much RAM Apple iPad Pro has
At Apple’s special launch event on September 9, the company announced the new iPhones and Apple TV along with the 12.9-inch iPad Pro. While Apple talked about the screen resolution, 3D Touch feature and the new A9X processor, details about the RAM were missing. Now according to Adobe’s blog post, it turns out the iPad Pro will come with 4GB of RAM.
Apple never flaunts about the processor’s clock speed, RAM, the number of cores or the battery capacity. However, as the company mentioned that the iPad Pro can do all sort of professional and artistic tasks, just like everyone else, we were curious to learn about the RAM that the iPad Pro is equipped with.
During the keynote, Adobe demonstrated some of the iPad Pro apps built to use along with the specially designed stylus, called Apple Pencil. Now, post the event, Adobe took it to their blog to highlight some of the aspects of the new tablet. “iPad Pro is great for creative workflows with a high res 12.9″ touch screen display at 2732 x 2048 pixels, A9X chip, and 4GB RAM”, the blog post says.
The iPad Pro supports split view multitasking with two full screen apps running side by side, and to achieve this, it makes sense to have enough RAM for smooth and fluid processing.
The iPad Pro will be available in 32GB and 128GB Wi-Fi only variant priced at $799 (approximately Rs 52,000) and $949 (approximately Rs 62,000), respectively. A 128GB Wi-Fi + Cellular variant will also be available starting from $1079 (approximately Rs 70,000) and expected to become available by November.
