Motorola Buds, MOTOROKR S305, DECK music accessories launched in India
After selling over 2.5 million handsets in India since its comeback in February earlier this year, Motorola is looking at expanding its portfolio in the country by offering consumers various mobile accessories. The company has today announced a range of music accessories including Buds, MOTOROKR S305, and DECK. First off, Buds is pair of wireless stereo headphones that come with 11 hours of battery life. The company claims that with Buds users will experience a rich HD audio experience as well as better microphone noise reduction. They come with micro adjustable ear cushions that are available in three different sizes to provide more comfort to users. In addition to Moto smartphones, the headphone will work with any device that supports A2DP profile. The company claims that the device will last up to 31 days on standby mode.
For those who prefer headphones that easily settle around ear, Motorola has them covered as well. The company announced MOTOROKR S305, a set of wireless stereo headphones that come with several buttons for music and call controls, as well as 30mm dynamic audio drivers. The MOTOROKR S305 has universal compatibility which allows it to work with all mobile and stereo Bluetooth-enabled music devices. The company claims that MOTOROKR S305 will last for 6-6.5 hours on talk time and music playback, and four days on standby mode.
The company also has DECK, a portable wireless speaker. The DECK employs R2 sound engines that enable it to produce high quality sound even at 300 feet. It comes with Heist mode which allows the phone to connect to up to 5 Bluetooth devices. Deck is available in three colors — Gun metal, Lemon Lime, and Blue in India. It has a micro USB port too, and supports NFC as well. It will give about 10 hours of play time.
While Motorola hasn’t announced the pricing of any of these devices, the DECK is listed on Flipkart with a price tag of Rs 8,990.
