Mandate To Show PUC Certificate To Refuel In Delhi Put On Hold; Government Launches ‘Red Light On, Gaadi Off’ Campaign

Announcing the launch of the ‘Red Light On, Gaadi Off’ campaign from October 28, Delhi Environment Minister, Gopal Rai said that the notification that required vehicle owners to produce a valid PUC certificate to refuel at a petrol pump has been put on hold.
