WhatsApp’s woes in India continues – Its case is thrown out by court

The Delhi High Court has refused to set aside the Indian fair trade regulator, the Competition Commission of India (CCI), order calling for an investigation into allegations of abuse of dominance levelled against the Facebook-owned WhatsApp in relation to its privacy policy.
