EV Startup Faraday Future Gets SEC Subpoena On Inaccurate Statements

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has subpoenaed some members of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc’s management team as part of a probe into inaccurate statements made to its investors.
