India’s Tata In Talks To Set Up $300 Million Semiconductor Assembly Unit: Report
Reportedly, Tata is talking to the southern states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana and scouting for land for the outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) plant.
