Twitter gives in, appoints interim grievance officer in India

With nowhere to hide, Twitter finally appointed an interim grievance redressal officer, and claimed in the Delhi High Court that it’s now compliant with the new IT Rules. But the court wants to get clarity from the government, and has asked it to file its rejoinder.
