New Ducati Panigale V2 Launched In India At Rs 19.12 Lakh
Ducati has launched the new Panigale V2 in India, priced at Rs 19.12 lakh for the standard version and Rs 21.10 lakh for the V2 S (ex-showroom). Unveiled at EICMA 2024, the updated motorcycle arrives in India about a year after its global debut. The new Panigale V2 is lighter than before, has a sharper design, and gets updated hardware.

The Panigale V2 continues to follow the design language of the Panigale V4. New to the bike are a fresh twin headlamp setup, sharper fairing lines, and a reworked tail section. Ducati says the styling updates aim to improve both air flow and rider ergonomics without adding visual bulk. The twin under-seat exhausts round up things at the rear.
Powering the motorcycle is the new 890 cc V-twin engine producing 118 bhp and 93.3 Nm of torque. This is lower than the previous model but paired with a 9 kg weight reduction thanks to the new unit. The engine continues to use a six-speed gearbox with a quickshifter, and the motorcycle is now E20 fuel compliant for the Indian market.

The chassis setup remains the same, featuring an aluminium monocoque frame and a double-sided swingarm. Suspension duties are handled by a 43 mm Marzocchi USD fork at the front and a KYB monoshock at the rear, both fully adjustable. The V2 S variant swaps these for a fully adjustable Ohlins setup.
Braking is managed by twin front discs with Brembo Monobloc M50 calipers and a single rear disc. The new V2 weighs 179 kg, down from 193 kg on the earlier model, while the V2 S drops that figure further by another 3 kg.
