If you’ll allow me to get personal for a moment, as of this writing, I’ve been struggling with a long stretch of insomnia. I find it hard to get to sleep in anything less than 45 minutes, and if I wake up in the middle of the night, there’s a risk I’ll be up for an hour or more.
