Vivo V29 5G spotted on BIS certification website, as Vivo confirms V29e
Vivo is planning to add a new smartphone in its V series lineup. The Vivo V29 5G could make it to India very soon as it has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. It was spotted on the certification website as V2250 model number. Apart from that, the 5G listing didn’t reveal much but confirms that the launch is imminent.
So yeah, Vivo could roll out Vivo V29e in India initially as the smartphone now can be spotted on a microsite on Vivo’s official website. After that, the other models will be launched. But Vivo has already launched the Vivo V29 5G globally, that means we have the specifications of this smartphone. Let’s have a look at them.

The Vivo V29 5G is equipped with a 6.78-inch Curved AMOLED display with a resolution of FHD+. The display comes with a support of up to 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ as well.
Talking about the performance, we have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor in this smartphone, which is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone features the FunTouch OS 13 skin which is based on Android 13 operating system. It is powered by a 4600mAh battery that supports up to 80-watt fast charging support.
Furthermore, the Vivo V29 5G features IP68 rating, WiFi 6, NFC, GPS Bluetooth 5.2, and in-display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone was launched globally in two colour options that are Noble Black and Peak Blue.
