Processor: Powering the Galaxy S23 Ultra is an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with Adreno 740, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200, depending on the market it is available in. There is up to 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage on both phones.

Cameras: One of the differences between the two phones is in their cameras. Software: Samsung has equipped the Galaxy S23 Ultra with the latest OneUI 5.1 software, which is based on Android 13. While the Galaxy S22 Ultra was launched with OneUI 4, an update to Android 13-based OneUI 5 is available for the phone.
