Realme has officially announced the timeline for the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 roll out. This roadmap was announced on the Weibo account of the company. It is expected that the company will launch the Realme UI 4.0 in the coming days.

As per the Weibo post, the first batch of smartphones that will receive the software update will include Realme GT Neo 3, Realme GT 2 Master Discovery Edition and more. Notably, the latest Android 13-based operating system early access is already available for Realme GT 2 Pro handset users in China. Here is the detailed roadmap of the upcoming Realme UI 4.0 update.

Realme UI 4.0 roadmap

Notably, this is the first batch of handsets that will receive the update. Realme will soon release a new list of smartphones that will receive the update in the first quarter of 2023. This roadmap is for smartphones in China only. For the unversed, this is not the stable version of Realme UI 4.0. The company is yet to give an exact launch date for that.

Realme UI 4.0 is expected to come with new fingerprint styles, optimisations for live wallpapers, enhanced animation effects, an updated notification bar control center and more.

In other news, Realme today launched its pocket-friendly Realme C33 smartphone in India at a starting price of Rs 8,999. The highlights of this budget smartphone include a 5,000 mAh battery, a 50MP rear camera and an Unisoc T612 chipset.

The smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart on September 12 at 12 pm.
