Rampant Nigeria Oil Theft Is ‘Treason’, House Speaker Says

Crude oil theft in Nigeria, which is blamed for throttling output and exports, is tantamount to treason that should be punished by the stiffest possible penalty, the Speaker of the House of Representatives said.
