A new code given away by The Pokémon Company grants some Pokémon statues for Trainers to use.
These Pokémon statues can be used to decorate your secret base in the Grand Underground.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are available right now on Nintendo Switch and if you’re looking to add to the furnishings in your secret base, you’re in luck. Anyone that’s built a secret base in the Grand Underground can benefit thanks to this free code.
Just redeem the code MERRYCHR1STMAS and you’ll unlock some new Pokémon statues for decorating your secret base. The code can be used in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, there’s no version restrictions here. If you haven’t built a base yet, you’ll still unlock the statues, you’ll just have to wait until you build a base before you can use them.
Statues increase your chances of spotting different types of Pokémon. As an example, if you have a statue of Pikachu, then you’re more likely to encounter Electric-type Pokémon while you’re exploring the rooms in the Grand Underground. The Grand Underground is useful for a lot more than just building a base. Down these expansive caverns, Trainers can dig up fossils and find new types of Pokémon not seen above ground.
