Twitter’s brinksmanship backfires: Set to lose legal protection in India
Twitter has lost its legal protection in India from prosecution over users’ posts because of its failure to comply with laws of the land. A case was filed in Uttar Pradesh against the social media platform over Tweets on an assault that attempted to incite communal trouble.
