Alcatel OneTouch Fire C2G Firefox smartphone launched in India, priced at Rs 1,990
Back in August, the first two smartphones running on Mozilla’s Firefox OS launched in India, called the Spice Fire One Mi – FX 1 and the Intex Cloud Fx. Today, Alcatel OneTouch has launched its first Firefox in India called the Fire C2G. The ultra-affordable smartphone is priced at Rs 1,990, and it will be exclusively available on Flipkart.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Fire C2G sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by a 1GHz Spreadtrum 6821 processor paired with 128MB of RAM. The smartphone also features a 1.3-megapixel camera, 256MB internal storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card, and a 1,000mAh battery. Connectivity options include 2G connectivity, dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. On the software front, it runs on Firefox 1.3.
In comparison, the Intex Cloud Fx is priced at Rs 1,999, and the Spice Fire One Mi – FX 1 is priced a little higher at Rs 2,299.
