The HTC Desire EYE, which was announced in India in October earlier this year, could be priced at Rs 35,990. While the company is yet to announce the official price of the handset, Mumbai-based mobile retailer Mahesh Telecom has revealed the potential pricing of the device. The smartphone will be available for purchase exclusively via Amazon India.

Announced in October, the HTC Desire EYE sports a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p display, and is powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Also included is 16GB internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card.

On the camera front, it comes with a 13-megapixel shooter at the back as well as front with dual-LED flash setup at both the ends. The water-resistant handset also sports company’s signature BoomSound technology and a 2,400mAh battery. It runs on Android KitKat with Sense UI on top.

Alongside HTC Desire EYE, the company had also announced HTC Desire 820 and Desire 820q. Both the smartphones sport 5.5-inch display with 720p screen resolution. The difference, however, shows up when we talk about the processing power. The Desire 820 comes with an octa-core Snapdragon 615, while the 820q is powered by a Snapdragon 410 chip. The Desire 820 is priced at Rs 24,990 while the Desire 820q costs Rs 22,500.

The company had also launched the HTC One (M8 EYE) around the same time in the country. The handset, which is essentially same as the flagship M8, comes with a 13-megapixel snapper instead of the 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera. It is priced at Rs 38,990.
