Nokia Lumia 930 featuring 20-megapixel PureView camera launched in India, priced at Rs 38,649

In addition to the Nokia Lumia 830 and Lumia 730, Microsoft also launched the Lumia 930 in India today. The smartphone, which was unveiled at the BUILD 2014 conference earlier this year, is priced at Rs 38,649.

Talking of specifications, the Nokia Lumia 930 flaunts a 5-inch ClearBlack OLED full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with a pixel density of 441 ppi. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Also included is 32GB of internal storage, but there is no microSD card slot for expanding the storage. Instead, Microsoft is offering 1TB of free OneDrive storage for six months, post which it will cost Rs 150 per month.

On the photography front, the smartphone features a 20-megapixel PureView camera with dual-LED flash, and a 1.2-megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera. The smartphone also features a 2,420mAh battery with wireless charging capabilities, and the company claims it is good enough for 17.9 hours of talktime and up to 18 days on standby mode.

Connectivity options include nano-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and on the software front it runs on Windows Phone 8.1.
