Nissan Terrano in India gets Head Up Display in anniversary edition
Today is the first anniversary of Nissan Terrano in India and to celebrate, the company has quietly launched limited edition with cool features.
Only 450 units of Nissan Terrano Anniversary Edition will be sold, and to avoid any mix up in numbers, the company has opened online booking in their website (www.bookyournissan.in/terrano) which is also used by dealers. Booking amount is Rs. 10,000, which is completely refundable. Nissan Terrano, being a very important and better profit making product in the Japanese manufacturer’s portfolio, is given special features to make the compact SUV more exclusive than its rivals. One of the most attractive offerings in the special Terrano version is transparent Head-Up Display (HUD) which assists in direction and shows speed and time information without distracting driver’s attention much.
Anniversary Edition of Nissan’s compact crossover comes in two variants, XV D THP and XV D THP Premium, priced at Rs. 12.83 lakhs and 13.13 lakhs (ex-showroom New Delhi) respectively. Both are powered by 110 PS diesel engine. Common features include blacked-out roof, racing stripes on bonnet, black outside mirror caps, chrome finished door handles, side step sills, ‘Anniversary Edition’ badge, roof-lip spoiler and chrome finished rear entry guard. Terrano XV D THP Premium gets additional embellishments like leather seat upholstery, leather wrapped steering & gear knob, ‘zebra wood’ trims on all door armrests, and reverse parking sensors, driver seat height adjustment. Body colour options include Blade Silver, Bronze Grey, Sterling Grey, Fire Red and Storm white to Pearl White.
