The launch of Yoga Tablet Pro 2 makes it clear that Lenovo is looking forward to expand its horizons in the world of smartphones, tablets and laptops. The main USPs of the device is its pico projector located in the base apart from its big size of 13.3-inch screen.

Users of the tablet can project a 50in 16:9 image from a range of 2m. However, nothing to get excited here as the image quality is not razor sharp. In bright light it is almost washed out. More to this, you need to find the perfect surface to make the device stand in right angle.

Well, there are some goodies worth mentioning. It features a pair of front-facing Dolby speakers equipped with a “subwoofer.” The screen is sharp offering a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels.

It carries a unique and innovative design. It has a hinged kickstand, sturdy of course, that runs down the length of the device and attached to a cylindrical bulge.

The bulge is utilized by housing speakers, projector and battery as well.

A new mode has also been added in the device and is dubbed as “Hang” mode. It helps in hanging the tablet on a hook.

Apart from all these, it is powered by an Intel Atom processor and equipped with a 2GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 operating system. It sports internal storage of 16GB and 32GB. It is a 4G device and the company claims a battery life of up to 15 hours.
